Terms and Conditions

Scope and validity

These Terms and Conditions apply to the participation of the responsible person and the players of the team in the Indoor Soccer Cup. Registration for Indoor Soccer Cup tournaments is only possible using the website www.soccermasters.ch. The person making the registration on behalf of his or her team or who is named as the person responsible on the registration form confirms and guarantse that he or she will inform each players of his or her team about the essential points of these Terms and Conditions and that he or she is authorised to accept these Terms and Conditions for himself or herself and for the other players of his or her team with binding effect.

By registering for the tournament and by confirming your email address later, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Participation in the tournament

Registration for the Indoor Soccer Cup is binding with the confirmation of your e-mail address and you are obliged to pay the registration fees.

The number of registered teams is limited, in case of too many registrations it comes after receipt of registration fees! If the organizer does not consider your team, they will refund you any already paid registration fee.

You confirm that all your players are at least 16 years of age and are therefore entitled to participate in the Indoor Soccer Cup and that they are not prohibited from participating by contractual obligations to third parties (e.g. to the employer) or for other reasons.

Tournament fee

The registration fee must be paid in advance by the responsible person of the team to the account indicated at the time of registration. The registration fee is CHF 250 from the date of the tournament, which is due even if a registered team does not appear at the tournament or appears too late. The organizer is entitled to exclude a team that has not paid the registration fee by the start of the tournament at the latest or that appears too late from the tournament.

Tournament regulations/exclusion

By taking part, the team undertakes to comply with the rules. If the team violates the rules, the organizer can expel them from the tournament.

Insurance

The insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The organizer declines any liability and responsibility for accidents, theft, etc., as well towards third parties.

Privacy protection

Photos and videos of the tournament will be published on various social networking sites such as Facebook, Google, YouTube and others, as well as on the www.soccermasters.ch website. The organizer may also use these photos or videos for promotional purposes. The team agrees to the use of pictures, voices, names etc. for these purposes.

Apart from the provisions of the paragraph above, the team's data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.
